General Terms and Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site and all transactions, communications, and interactions conducted through the site operated by Seven Fields/Liberty Market.
Return Policy
If products arrived at your door damaged, expired, or if the wrong products are shipped to you, you can request either a refund, exchange, or store credit, provided that it is a returnable product. Please notify us any claims for damages or packing errors by either phone, or email within THREE (3) days of receiving your order. Freight charges cannot be refunded or credited except when we sent you an incorrect item. Please contact us and obtain a Return Number before sending a product back to us. Returns can only be accepted if accompanied by a valid Return Number. For your health and safety, personal Care products such as shampoos, lotions, soaps, and toothpaste are non-returnable unless they are in original sealed packaging, defective or arrived in damaged condition. Please choose these products carefully before purchasing. All returned products are inspected and if a dishonest claim has been made we reserve the right to decline such a claim.
Subscription Services
By ordering subscription services such as fruit and vegetable boxes and choosing a regular service option (weekly or fortnightly), you agree to have your credit card charged for the subscribed service at the week of your scheduled delivery. If you wish to change, suspend, or cancel your subscription order you must notify us by email or phone at least five (5) working days prior to the change taking effect. Seven Fields reserves the right to cancel or withhold the delivery of your subscribed goods should payment for the service is delayed or if your credit card is declined.
Cancellations
All cancellations of orders (including subscription orders) must be sent by email or by phone. Cancellations must be received at least 7 days prior to your regular delivery day for subscription orders. Orders which have been despatched cannot be cancelled. After we have received your cancellation we will contact you by email and/or by phone to confirm your cancellation. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR SUBSCRIPTION MAY NOT BE CANCELLED IF YOU DID NOT RECEIVE CONFIRMATION.
Shipping
Seven Fields provides automated shipping charge calculation when you place your orders online. It is the customer's responsibility to select the correct shipping option at the "Select Shipping Method" stage of the checkout process. In the event an incorrect shipping option is selected we will notify you by email with the correct shipping charge. Shipping option selection is considered incorrect if: 1) The shipping option selected does not match your specified delivery address. (for example: incorrect geographical area is selected or rural delivery option is not selected when your delivery address is an RD) Or, 2) The shipping option selected is for specific conditions (such as for orders over a certain dollar amount) which your order does not meet.
Delivery
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a safe place to leave the goods if no one is home to receive delivery. Seven Fields recommends customers to enter an alternate delivery address or provide detailed instructions on where to leave your order should you be away. Seven Fields shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from inadequate safey of the delivery address provided that the customer provided us with no instruction, inaccurate, or incorrect instruction on where to leave the goods.
Notice
Notices from You to Seven Fields shall be made either by phone or e-mail (confirmation from us is required) , sent to the address we provide on our Web site, or by post.

Consumer Agreement
Seven Fields will not charge your credit card until the day we dispatch your order. Freight charges given automatically by this website may be inaccurate for some items that are either bulky or require special packaging. Seven Fields will contact you if actual freight to your area is higher than the price quoted by the website and obtain your authorisation before processing your order. By providing your credit card details through this website, you agree for Seven Fields to charge your credit card for your orders.
Shipping/Freight & Delivery
At this time, Seven Fields ships merchandise only to locations within New Zealand and not to international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
Perishable products can only be shipped within South Island. Certain highly perishable items such as milk can only be shipped to addresses in Christchurch. While we endeavour to provide you with an accurate freight cost by automated online system, occasionally freight cost may not be accurately quoted by the automated system. We will contact you with actual freight cost if it is higher than the quotation generated by the system. We recommend that you choose standard (non-economy) freight options if you live outside of the Christchurch City area for your orders containing perishable items such as fresh produce. Claims for damages due to excess transit time causing damage to perishable items will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Sales Tax
Seven Fields charges GST for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable GST tax rate. All prices on this website are GST-inclusive.
